Travel Service Partner – Asda Travel Money (Barnsley)

Hours:

16 per week | Pay: £13.50 per hour + monthly bonus |

Contract:

Permanent, Part Time

Role Overview

As a Travel Service Partner, you will support customers with their travel money needs at one of our Bureaux, delivering excellent customer service and working both with physical transactions and online orders.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and build relationships
  • Understand customer needs and provide expert advice on products and services
  • Convert interest into sales and consistently work towards exceeding team sales targets
  • Process foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately in a fast‑paced environment
  • Work collaboratively as a team to drive performance, deliver excellence and celebrate success together
  • Follow company processes, paying attention to detail to keep operations on track
