The Role This is a customer-focused position where you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, answering enquiries, and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. Acting as the first point of contact for existing customers Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email Providing exceptional customer service and support Resolving customer issues and escalating where necessary Building positive relationships with customers Updating and maintaining customer records on the CRM system Working closely with colleagues across different departments Following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems Providing general ad hoc administration The Candidate No experience necessary, but a willingness to learn is integral to the success of this role.
