Looking for a KS2 TA role where you’re genuinely valued and part of the team?

We’re working with a lovely primary school in Barnsley who are looking for a reliable and caring KS2 Teaching Assistant on a part‑time basis to support learning across the classroom. You’ll be helping pupils stay focused, confident, and engaged, both in lessons and small group work.

Your role will include:

• Supporting pupils across KS2 in class and small groups
• Helping children access learning and build confidence
• Working closely with the class teacher and wider staff team
• Supporting routines, transitions, and behaviour positively

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with primary‑aged children
• Brings a calm, patient, and encouraging approach
• Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Is happy to muck in and be part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
