Step Into Teaching is a dynamic program designed to help graduates gain hands‑on experience in education while inspiring young minds. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their journey into teaching or SEN‑focused careers.
The Role:- Work closely with students with a range of Special Educational Needs, providing tailored support to help them thrive.
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Provide one‑to‑one and small group interventions to support academic and emotional development.
- Help create a positive and supportive learning environment where all students can succeed.
- Collaborate with staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
This position offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact while developing your skills and understanding of SEN education.
About You :- Holds a bachelor’s degree in any subject.
- Has a genuine passion for working with young people, particularly those with additional needs.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is patient, empathetic, and adaptable to diverse learning styles.
- Demonstrates a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Hands‑on experience in a supportive school environment.

- Full‑time role:
Monday – Friday - £480 - £500 per week – term time only
