What You’ll Be Doing:

* Steering the identification and support of pupils with SEND across year groups

* Crafting and delivering impactful EHCPs and personalised strategies

* Liaising with parents, external agencies, and council specialists to secure best outcomes

* Monitoring, evaluating and continuously improving SEND provision at every level
