Barnsley. Position: SEN Teaching Assistant.
Start Date:
ASAP. Duration:
Ongoing. Contract type:
Long-Term.
Hours:
8:30 am – 3:30 pm, Mon–Fri (term time only). Rate of Pay: GBP 95–115 per day (dependent on experience).
- Support and scaffold children in the classroom.
- Prepare resources with the teacher.
- Work effectively in partnership with other professionals and parents/carers.
- Able to adapt practice to support the varied needs of children.
- At least Level 2 trained
- GCSE English and Maths grade C
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child workforce DBS certificate with online update service, or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child-related references
