Job Title: Psychology Graduate – SEND Teaching Assistant (TA/LSA)

Location: Barnsley

Salary: £92.63–£100 per day (Depending on expirence) PAYE

Contract: Full-time, Long-Term

Think less textbooks, more “lightbulb moments.” You’ll be working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant in a specialist or mainstream school, supporting children with additional needs autism, ADHD, SEMH, and more.

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Helping children with social, emotional or sensory needs access learning
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and therapists
• Bringing calm, confidence and kindness to every challenge

• Psychology graduates (or final year students!) with a real interest in SEND and child development
• People who are patient, proactive, and genuinely care
• Bonus points if you’ve volunteered, mentored, or worked in youth settings before
