This is an exciting opportunity for a talented educator who is passionate about delivering high‑quality teaching and ensuring every child achieves their full potential.

Whether you are an Early Career Teacher looking for outstanding support and development, or an experienced teacher seeking the next step in your career, we offer a collaborative environment, high‑quality professional development and clear pathways for future leadership opportunities.

Alongside excellent professional development, we offer opportunities to lead initiatives, contribute to school improvement and build the skills needed for future middle and senior leadership roles.

We are looking for someone who
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience teaching within the primary phase (Key Stage 2 experience desirable, but not essential).
  • Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of effective teaching, learning and assessment.
  • Is committed to raising standards and improving outcomes for every child.
  • Builds positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Embraces professional development and is committed to continual improvement.
  • Is keen to contribute to the wider life of the school.
  • Shows the ambition and potential to take on additional responsibilities and develop into future leadership roles.
