The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Classroom Teacher QTS or PGCE qualification Strong classroom and behaviour management skills A calm, patient, and resilient approach The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people SEN or SEMH experience is beneficial, but not essential
