Pay: Up to £220 per day (depending on experience)

Overview: GSL Education invites applications for a Computer Studies Teacher to join forward‑thinking school communities in Barnsley. • Deliver engaging Computer Studies lessons that develop technical knowledge and digital skills.
• Teach topics such as programming, data representation, cyber safety, and computing systems.
• Encourage logical thinking, creativity, and problem‑solving through practical activities.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback that supports continuous improvement.
• Adapt learning activities to meet different abilities and learning styles.
• Promote responsible, safe, and effective use of technology within the classroom.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Computer Studies, Computing, or a related subject is desirable.
• Strong understanding of computing concepts and digital technologies.
• Ability to engage students through interactive and practical learning experiences.
• Excellent communication, planning, and classroom management skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
