Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver tailored primary learning programs for pupils with diverse learning and sensory needs.
Collaborate with the SENDCo and multidisciplinary teams to fulfill EHCP outcomes effectively.
Guide, deploy, and mentor classroom support staff to ensure safe, inclusive learning environments.
Use positive behaviour management and low-arousal strategies to maintain an encouraging workspace.
Build strong, trusted connections with parents and carers through regular feedback and progress reviews.
