Hays Education is seeking an Experienced Learning Manager to join a large, well-established academy in Barnsley. .

• Lead and manage the learning and development programmes.
• Collaborate with an established team to enhance educational outcomes.
• Implement innovative teaching strategies and curriculum development.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

• Proven experience as a Learning Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
