About You We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is passionate about supporting learners to achieve their full potential. You will have experience of working within an education setting and delivering engaging learning experiences to a diverse range of learners. You will be confident in developing teaching materials, assessing student progress and providing clear, constructive feedback that supports achievement and progression.

You will possess strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build positive and effective relationships with learners, colleagues and external stakeholders. A good understanding of a range of teaching and learning methodologies, alongside knowledge of the academic and pastoral needs of vocational learners, is essential. The successful candidate will be professional, flexible and organised, with a commitment to improving attendance, retention, achievement and overall learner success.

You will be dedicated to safeguarding, equality and inclusion, demonstrating the ability to motivate, challenge and inspire learners while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. Qualifications and Skills
  • GCSE Maths and English (Level 2 or equivalent)
  • Degree in a relevant subject area or significant sector experience
  • Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards a Level 6 PGCE
  • Experience working within an education setting
  • Experience delivering learning to a range of learners
  • Experience developing learning materials
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of a range of teaching methodologies
  • Understanding of the academic and pastoral needs of vocational learners
