- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN in an educational setting
- Confidence providing 1:1 or small-group support, including EHCP/IEP strategies
- Commitment to inclusive, high-quality teaching and learning
- Strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach
- Reliable, adaptable and professional
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
- Right to Work in the UK
