A worldwide global manufacturer is looking to add a HSE Advisor to their increasingly growing business. As a HSE Advisor you will play a pivotal role in the development, implementation and enhancement of health, safety and environmental processes and procedures. Over the years they have had strong investments in significantly improving machinery, projects, training in order for the team and business to further develop.

Role

And Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of HSE management systems, policies, procedures and occupational hygiene standards, ensuring legal and ISO (14001 and 45001) compliance.
  • Conduct and review risk assessments, proactively update HSE risks, and implement robust control measures to ensure effective hazard management.
  • Drive positive HSE culture and behavioural change in partnership with site leadership teams, delivering training and supporting ongoing competency development.
  • Lead investigations into accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions, while managing audit and inspection programmes across internal and external sites.
  • Deliver HSE objectives, KPIs and improvement initiatives, maintaining compliance registers and supporting the organisations wider safety, environmental and quality goals.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
  • Previous experience in a Health and Safety:related role
  • Background in an Engineering or Manufacturing environment
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction Certificate, or currently working towards completion.
