• Provide technical support and training for Solid
  
  CAM software; perform software demonstrations; assist in integrating Solid
  
  CAM's software with customer systems; address client-specific needs.
• Resolve technical issues, conduct software tests, and create innovative solutions for customers.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new functionalities and support diverse engineering projects.

• Proficiency in Technical Support and familiarity with assisting users in resolving software-related issues.
• Knowledge of Software Development processes, including understanding of CAD/CAM tools and software customization.
• Educational background or experience in Mechanical Engineering, with practical application in manufacturing environments using CNC machines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and teamwork.
• Relevant experience in CAM programming is essential, with knowledge of milling and turning applications.
