An established UK manufacturing business is looking to appoint an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Manager to strengthen its engineering function and drive improvements in asset performance, equipment reliability and production efficiency.

This is a senior, hands-on opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working where maintenance, manufacturing, data and continuous improvement come together.

Youll play a key role in improving the reliability of critical production assets, reducing unplanned downtime and developing a more proactive approach to maintenance across a multi-site manufacturing environment.

The Role
Working closely with engineering, production and quality teams, youll use maintenance data, engineering knowledge and structured problem-solving techniques to identify recurring failures and deliver sustainable improvements.
