Bureau Manager – Asda Travel Money —

As a Bureau Manager, you’ll lead a team in one of our busy bureaux, supporting customers with travel money needs and delivering brilliant service every time.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, support and champion the team to deliver daily excellence
  • Work toward KPIs and deliver on targets
  • Review data to drive performance, continuous improvement and celebrate success together
  • Ensure the bureau consistently meets compliance metrics, passes internal audits and operates to the business SOPs
  • Work in a fast‑paced environment delivering excellent customer service, processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately so customers leave happy
  • Apply training and offer expert advice on products and services
  • Follow company processes and pay attention to detail to keep everything on track
Qualifications
  • Passionate people leader who leads from the front, bringing out the best in the team
  • Great communicator with an eye for detail, leaving no stone unturned
  • Experience driving and delivering revenue, performance and excellence every day
  • Strong retail‑based background with a passion for great customer service and a positive can‑do attitude
