A well-established manufacturing business in Doncaster is looking to appoint a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support operational and strategic decision-making across the organisation.

• Partner with operational and production teams to provide financial support and analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes.
• Analyse manufacturing costs, performance, and profitability.

• Produce meaningful financial information to aid business decision‑making.

• Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence non‑finance stakeholders.
• Manufacturing experience would be advantageous.
