Management Accountant

A leading FTSE 250 manufacturing business based in Barnsley is looking for an ambitious Management Accountant to join its established finance team. 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, 10% employer pension contribution, Annual bonus opportunity, BUPA private healthcare, Share Save scheme, excellent career development and managing a team of 2 Preparing weekly trading figures and providing insight into site performance Preparing weekly and monthly stock valuations, including provisions Producing factory KPI information and weekly performance reports Preparing and analysing sales and margin reports Preparing costings for new products Providing commercial analysis and supporting business scenario modelling Monitoring, maintaining and continually improving the accuracy of the site cost model Evaluating capital expenditure proposals and providing financial recommendations Managing and developing two members of the finance team You will be a qualified Accountant with strong commercial awareness, ideally gained within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
