Purchase Ledger Clerk

Working as part of an established finance team, you will support the day-to-day running of the purchase ledger function, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and suppliers are paid efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities will include:

• Processing and posting purchase invoices

• Matching invoices against purchase orders and relevant documentation

• Reconciling supplier statements

• Maintaining supplier accounts

• Assisting with supplier payment runs

• Investigating and resolving invoice queries

• Liaising with suppliers and internal departments

• Assisting with month-end processes and reconciliations

• Maintaining accurate financial records

• Supporting the wider finance team as required
