Essential Employment is seeking a candidate for the Internal Audit role in Barnsley. You will support the Head of Internal Audit in various business improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with Global Internal Audit Standards for the UK Public Sector.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Internal Audit specifically within the public sector, preferably in a Local Government context, and must possess knowledge of GIAS or previous PSIAS standards.
