We collaborate closely with local authorities, healthcare providers, and care professionals to deliver outcome-focused care.
Working HoursOur service provides care 7 days a week between 07:00 – 22:00. We welcome applicants who seek both full-time and part-time hours. Please indicate your preference of working days and hours on the prescreen application form. (These are broken down into; morning - 7am-3pm, teas and beds - 3pm-10pm, full days or weekends only. We’re proud to offer flexible zero-hour contracts where you can choose to work as many hours as you’d like.

Key Responsibilities of a Care Worker
- Supporting individuals with personal care needs such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assisting with medication administration and documentation in line with care plans.
- Preparing meals and assisting with eating and drinking where required.
- Promoting independence and encouraging service users to engage in daily living tasks.
- Building positive relationships with individuals and their families.
- Supporting emotional well‑being and recognising signs of distress or changes in behaviour.
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in the home.
- Respecting confidentiality and always maintaining professional boundaries.
- A caring, compassionate approach.
- A commitment to putting people first.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience preferred but not essential – full training provided.
- UK Driving licence and own vehicle essential within certain routes/locations. We pay 30p per mile fuel allowance.

- £250 Refer-a-Friend Scheme:
Receive a £250 bonus when you refer someone who successfully joins the team.
- This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have current and valid Right to Work in the UK.
- You’ll need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. As you will be travelling between clients, you’ll also need provide proof of car insurance during the recruitment process.
