About The Role
We are recruiting Female Only Support Worker to support people to live in and be part of the local community, within their own homes. Our services are about helping people to get out in the community and make the most of their time in their own homes.

Waking night shift 20:00-08:00 - Female only
Shift Pattern:
Week 1:
Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday;
Week 2:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

- Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower people to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting individuality and enabling appropriate choices to live the life they want.
- Support is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Promote the health, well-being, physical, emotional, cultural and spiritual beliefs of the people we support and ensure they are met in an inclusive way; facilitate social, educational or work activities such as visits, walks, shopping and other recreational activities.
- General housekeeping duties that can include shopping, domestic tasks and personal care as part of the role; complete a range of records and documents.
