Barnsley Hospital NHS FT is seeking a Band 6 Clinical Educator to lead education, training and professional development across the Acute Medical Unit. You will plan and deliver clinical education programmes for nursing and support staff, providing supervision and mentorship to promote safe, evidence-based care.
You will monitor mandatory training compliance, ensure staff competency records are up to date, and contribute to audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
