Supporting people with everyday needs like meals, mobility, and personal care. Offering a listening ear and emotional support to those who need it most. Minimum of 1 years experience working with Dementia & Young Person care Current DBS on the Update Service Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to meet clients' individual needs. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. A valid driving license is desirable but not required.
