Previous experience in the substance misuse sector is mandatory, and proficiency in Systm1 is beneficial. This role promises excitement and challenge, with regular office hours from Monday to Friday, though some Thursdays require evening work to accommodate late-night client needs.

• Manage and maintain a caseload of approximately 70 clients with varying substance misuse challenges.
• Deliver structured psychosocial interventions (PSI) and harm minimisation advice.
• Conduct detailed risk assessments and collaborate on recovery planning with clients.
• Work in partnership with external agencies and internal colleagues like prescribers to support client recovery.
• Ensure client safeguarding and maintain up-to-date records using Systm1, where possible.
• Serve clients at Barnsley Recovery Steps, with potential evening hours on Thursdays for late-night support.
