CYGNET is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to provide person-centred care at Dove Valley Mews, a residential service for adults with learning disabilities. You will work full time (42 hours) on 12-hour shifts, with an alternating weekend pattern on a two-week rolling rota.
You’ll support individuals in daily activities, encourage independence and help with medical and welfare needs, while ensuring a safe, clean environment and community engagement. DBS check is required.
