A leading food manufacturer in Barnsley is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 12-month maternity cover role. You will lead a Generalist HR Team while working closely with colleagues and managers to build organizational capability. The ideal candidate will possess CIPD level 5 and have strong expertise in employee relations and team leadership.
