Hours:

Monday – Thursday, 8:30 – 17:00, Friday, 8:30 – 16:00

Your Duties Will Include:
  • Provide a proactive, on-site HR presence supporting the Site HR Business Partner
  • Providing support for Employee Relation cases, including investigations, hearings, outcome letters and documentation
  • Coaching managers across the employee lifecycle (interviews, performance reviews, disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, Return to Work interviews, Occupational Health referrals, absence reviews)
  • Supporting consultation processes (change of terms, redundancy, TUPE)
  • Deliver and support site engagement activities, including community and charity initiatives
  • Lead temporary to permanent transfers working with labour provider
  • Support recruitment process with HR Shared Services and central resourcing teams
  • Ensure all HR processes are compliant with employment legislation and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate HR systems, databases and trackers
  • Conduct Right to Work checks in line with legal requirements
Knowledge,

Experience and Skills:
  • Previous HR experience (FMCG, food or manufacturing environment desirable)
  • Experience supporting employee relations cases and advising managers
  • Strong organisation and administration skills, including Excel, Word, and HR systems
  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Sound understanding of UK employment legislation
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
