The Compleat Food Group is hiring an on-site HR Advisor for our Barnsley chilled food manufacturing site. You will provide proactive HR presence, support employee relations, coach managers, and ensure compliance with employment law.
You will work with Site HR BP, manage recruitment with HR Shared Services, maintain HR systems, and lead engagement activities. CIPD level 3 or equivalent is preferred, with experience in FMCG or manufacturing.
