Gap Personnel is seeking an Onsite Contract Manager to join our busy onsite in Barnsley. You will oversee staffing fulfilment, manage a large candidate pool, and maintain high service levels with key stakeholders.
Weekly KPI reviews with Senior Management, plus recruiting and onboarding new hires, are core parts of the role. You will also introduce candidates to the site, processes and environment, ensuring all workers are registered, compliant and properly inducted.
