• Learning the full 360 recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and placing candidates
• Making outbound calls to build relationships with new and existing clients
• Advertising vacancies and headhunting suitable candidates
• Interviewing and shortlisting candidates for live roles
• Building your own desk and client base with support from experienced consultants
• Working towards personal and team targets
• Learning the ropes of negotiation, offer management, and closing deals

• Confident, articulate, and personable - you'll be on the phone a lot
• Competitive, resilient, and money-motivated
• A strong work ethic and genuine desire to build a career, not just take a job
• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a big plus (but not essential)
• Coachable happy to take on feedback and put training into practice
• Organised, with good attention to detail

• Basic salary of up to £25,000, depending on experience
