Job Summary
Customer Technical Support Engineer – Full Time / Permanent.
Location:
UK Office – Barnsley, South Yorkshire. Salary negotiable based on experience.
- Provide remote support (telephone and remote) for a range of IT and AV products.
- Visit customers across the country to deliver on‑site technical assistance.
- Assist and resolve customer issues related to general IT and network‑related technologies.
- Travel to customer sites when required; a full driving licence is essential.
- Self‑motivated with good organisational and communication skills.
- Sound understanding of general IT and network technologies.
- Previous experience as an IT technician or helpdesk engineer is preferred.
- Customer‑relationship skills and the ability to work independently.
- Product‑specific training provided.
- Company vehicle provided when required for on‑site work.
