Technical Manager

The role is for a Technical Manager who will act as the senior technical anchor across multiple client engagements moving between solution architecture, hands-on problem solving, and senior client advisory.

What Youll Be Doing Leading solution architecture across a portfolio of client engagements Acting as the senior technical voice in client conversations, advising on feasibility, trade-offs, and risk Driving engineering standards and best practices, ensuring speed doesnt compromise quality Shaping and delivering AI-first solutions, embedding modern tooling into real-world use cases Supporting and mentoring engineers, helping raise the overall technical capability of the team Collaborating with wider teams to scale prototypes into robust, long-term solutions

What Were Looking For Strong background in engineering, architecture, or technical leadership Experience operating in client-facing or consulting environments Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end solutions across multiple technologies Comfortable working across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern architectures Practical experience with AI tools and emerging technologies, with a clear understanding of where they add value A natural communicator, able to engage both technical teams and senior stakeholders Someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoys variety in their role
