Full-time | Temp-to-Perm About the Opportunity Are you an experienced Welder looking for a long-term role with a supportive and down-to-earth team? This is your chance to join a well-established engineering firm in Chard that values quality craftsmanship, teamwork and precision . Your Role As a MIG/TIG Welder, you will:
Weld a variety of metal components using MIG and TIG processes Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols Ensure all welds meet strict quality standards Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient workspace Contribute to production targets as part of a collaborative team ? What You Bring Welding experience or relevant qualification Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable, hardworking, and a true team player What's in It for You Competitive hourly rate (£14 – £15, based on experience) Early Friday finish – enjoy longer weekends!
