The full-time, permanent role covers inspections, maintenance and repairs across a diverse fleet, from cars to 26-tonne refuse vehicles, with strict deadlines and a strong emphasis on health and safety.
This position also supports the council’s Zero Carbon strategy by transitioning the fleet toward EV, with commitment to continuous professional development and mentoring peers
