The business has recently made significant investments in machinery, infrastructure, and long-term growth, making this an exciting time to join and develop your  this days-based position, you will be responsible for setting work for a small team of maintenance engineers, ensuring tasks are completed correctly and safely, and checking risk assessments and method statements before work is carried out.

This position would suit a Maintenance Supervisor or experienced Maintenance Engineer who is looking to step off the tools, lead a small team, and benefit from plenty of training and progression opportunities.

The Role:

• Supervising a small team of maintenance engineers
• Setting work and ensuring maintenance tasks are completed correctly
• Checking risk assessments and method statements
• £35,000 - £40,000
• Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Plenty of training and progression available

The Person:

• Maintenance Supervisor or experienced Maintenance Engineer
• Looking to step off the tools into a supervisory position
• Comfortable overseeing a small team and checking that work is completed correctly
• Experience with risk assessments and method statements
• Commutable to Barnsley
