Salary: 42381.23 per annum with potential earnings up to 46581.23 through Ofsted and Occupancy bonuses
Working Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with flexibility for sleep-ins when required)

This is a small nurturing solo placement home designed to offer stability, safety and emotional development for one young person with EBD and trauma-related needs.

You’ll have a proven record of managing or deputising within Ofsted-regulated childrens homes with strong leadership skills and an understanding of trauma-informed practice.
Essential Requirements- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willingness to work towards it)
- Previous experience managing a team within an Ofsted-registered childrens home
- Sound knowledge of safeguarding child protection and Ofsted frameworks (SCCIF)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- A valid Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car

As the Registered Manager you will:
- Hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home
- Lead, develop and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and organisational policies
- Oversee admissions, care planning and quality assurance
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and emotional wellbeing for each young person
- Represent the service in meetings with professionals, commissioners and Ofsted
