Position: Manager / Senior Manager

As Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading a team, and supporting the wider strategic direction of the firm. You will work closely with Directors and Partners and receive structured support and mentorship toward future Directorship.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing a varied portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services

* Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of accountants

* Supporting business development and identifying opportunities for growth

* Working closely with senior leadership on strategy and office development

* Ensuring compliance and consistently high levels of client service

Qualifications &

Experience:

* ACA or ACCA qualified

* Strong practice background with ideally 3+ years PQE

* Experience operating at Manager, Senior Manager, or equivalent level

* Proven ability to manage own workload and support team development

* Strong IT skills (Office 365, Sage, Xero, Quick Books)

* Fully competent with accounts preparation software (IRIS preferred)

* Demonstrable experience managing a mixed client portfolio and contributing to business development
