OPERATIONS MANAGERS (PM Shift & Night Shift) – Join the Evri Barnsley Hub Team!

Evri is recruiting two dynamic Operations Managers
, one for our PM shift and one for our Night shift

As one of our Operations Managers, you’ll take full ownership of the operational performance of your shift. You’ll lead teams across Inbound, Outbound, Manual and International processes, ensuring a safe, compliant, efficient and high‑performing operation.

You’ll be responsible for creating a high‑performance culture, driving KPIs, maximising resource planning, solving operational challenges and delivering exceptional service for our clients. Your leadership will directly influence shift performance, cost control, employee engagement and continuous improvement across the hub.

• Lead daily operations across Inbound, Outbound, Manual and International functions for your designated shift
• Allocate resources effectively to meet volume and service demands across all shift hours
• Drive shift performance and ensure compliance with all H&S, quality and SLA standards
• Use data to root‑cause failed KPIs and deliver clear action plans for improvement
• Coach, develop and engage your team through 1:1s, performance reviews and regular communication
• Control shift costs and ensure strong operational planning, reporting and accountability

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders through data
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing operational teams
• Excellent written and verbal English with strong numerical capability
• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal operational systems
• Resilience, initiative and the ability to remain effective under pressure
• Full UK driving licence
