Regional Manager - South

JD Gyms is looking for a highly capable Regional Manager to lead a team of Area Managers, each overseeing 10+ clubs. This is a strategic leadership role, positioned between the Head of Operations and the Area Managers – designed to grow leaders, elevate performance, and embed consistency across 50+ sites.

• Develop, coach, and hold accountable a diverse group of Area Managers.
• Drive commercial performance through a clear operating rhythm and strong KPI ownership.
• Improve member experience, service standards, and brand consistency across all clubs.
• Ensure compliance, operational excellence, and consistent ways of working at scale.
• Identify and deliver improvements to systems, processes, and reporting.
• Balance escalations with long‑term improvement work.

• Senior multi‑site leadership experience (fitness, retail, leisure, hospitality).
• Proven success leading leaders (AMs or equivalent).
• Strong commercial acumen and data‑driven decision making.
• High EQ with the ability to adapt your style across personalities.
• Exceptional planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
