Ministry of Justice is seeking an experienced Learning and Development lead to deliver regional L&D activities, including Probation Qualifications, and to support the national priorities. You will line manage a dispersed team of PTAs and mentor staff across the region and, when required, HMPPS.
You will collaborate with Learning Services and L&D Product Owners to implement policy, manage resources and engage stakeholders across the justice system.
