In the role you will provide hands‑on technical support on the shop floor, ensuring CNC machines run efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards. You will support production teams with programming, recovery procedures, continuous improvements and maintenance tasks while working closely with engineers, tooling suppliers and quality teams. You will also contribute to NPI projects, improve OEE and keep all systems, SOPs, TPMs and process documentation fully up to date.

• Provide hands‑on technical support for CNC machines, programming, optimisation, troubleshooting and recovery.
• Maintain and improve CNC processes, tooling, documentation and TPM systems.
• Support continuous improvement, NPI validation and work closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams.
• Deliver cost‑effective solutions across the business.

• Experience in CNC programming, operation and optimisation.
• Based in Barnsley or resides in a commutable location.
