Compensation: OTE £37,121.00 - £39,961.00 per year. Guaranteed basic starting salary £37,121.00 per annum. Permanent role with pay progression, overtime at enhanced rates, and standard monthly bonuses.

• Operate CNC machine centres to achieve the required quality and output (twin horizontal twin pallet).
• Provide feedback and ideas for improving the process and identifying & reporting reasons for any delays.
• Follow planned daily targets to ensure the correct mix of work is completed to maintain/improve Kanban stock levels and avoid delays.
• Ensure no faults are passed forward to the next process and highlight any concerns.

• Ideally apprentice trained with previous machining experience (minimum 3 years).
• Previous experience of CNC programmes & parameters.
• PC literate with emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience following standard operating procedure for setting up fixtures and jobs.
• Awareness of Health and Safety and COSHH regulations.

Double Day Shift – Hours 06:00‑14:00 or 14:00‑22:00 Monday‑Thursday; and Friday 06:00‑11:30, 11:30‑17:00 rotating shifts. Guaranteed basic starting salary of £15.51 per hour × 37.5 hours per week, plus guaranteed minimum £45 per week bonus. Overtime paid at premium rates:
Level A £23.27 per hour, Level B £31.02 per hour. Double day shift premium ×1.15. Plus additional monthly bonus aligned to business performance (average £195‑£350).
