In the role you will operate modern CNC machining centres within a world‑class manufacturing environment, working to high quality and workmanship standards. You will follow daily production plans to ensure output targets are met, contribute ideas for continuous improvement, and work closely with the wider machining team to maintain smooth workflow, Kanban stock levels and fault‑free handovers between processes. You will work in a rotating shift pattern of 6am‑2pm one week and 2pm‑10pm the other, finishing early on Friday.

• Operate CNC milling machines (Doosan) within a double day shift pattern, including an early Friday finish.
• Produce high‑quality components to meet output, quality and safety standards in a cutting‑edge facility.
• Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes, tooling and production efficiency.

• CNC machining experience.
• Happy working rotating shift pattern of 6am‑2pm one week and 2pm‑10pm the other with an early Friday finish.
