Production Shift Manager (Nights)
Food Manufacturing •
South Yorkshire • £51,000 + Benefits
- 5:45 pm – 6:00 am
- Week 1:
Sunday – Tuesday - Week 2:
Saturday – Tuesday
- Lead the shift, drive performance, make decisions, and manage standards.
- Keep the operation moving in an environment where food safety, quality and output are critical.
- Create structure, build accountability within the team, and maintain high standards when nobody is watching.
- Oversee a high‑risk production area with responsibility for people, performance, safety and operational delivery across the shift.
- Previous management experience within food manufacturing.
- Comfortable leading large teams, making decisions under pressure and driving standards in a fast‑paced environment.
- Enjoys autonomy, leading from the front, and contributing to a business that continually evolves and improves.
