Continuous Improvement Engineer (Welding)
£44,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Training + Progression + Healthcare + Pension + Excellent Company Benefits
Ideally located:
Barnsley, Rotherham, Sheffield, Doncaster, Wakefield, Pontefract, Mexborough, ETC.
Are you a Continuous Improvement Engineer with a Welding background looking to join a market‑leading manufacturer where you can play a key role in driving process improvements, increasing efficiency, and delivering impactful engineering projects?
Role- Analysing production processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implementing lean manufacturing initiatives across the welding division.
- Managing improvement projects from concept through to implementation.
- Driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing projects within a busy manufacturing environment.
- Engineering qualification or equivalent manufacturing experience.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Process Improvement.
- Desire to progress within a large organisation.
- Competitive salary £44,000 - £45,000.

- Work schedule:
Monday to Friday.
