We are recruiting an experienced Bench Joiner/Fire Door Manufacturer on behalf of a client based in Carlton, Barnsley. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business specialising in the manufacture and installation of high-quality fire doors.

You will be responsible for manufacturing fire doors to specification, ensuring all products meet quality and compliance standards.

• Manufacture fire doors and associated products from technical drawings
• Measure, mark, cut, shape and assemble timber, laminates and composite materials
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Complete finishing work to a high standard
• Ensure products meet quality requirements and fire door regulations
• Work closely with the production team to achieve deadlines
• Read and interpret technical drawings accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop environment

• Previous experience as a Bench Joiner, Workshop Joiner or Fire Door Manufacturer
• Experience using woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work effectively within a team
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred
