Hourly Salary range: £16.13 to £16.78

OTE: £36,150.00 - £41,060.00 per year

Guaranteed basic starting salary: £36,150.00 per annum.

Permanent role. Ongoing progression encouraged with skill‑structure pay increases, overtime at enhanced rates, plus standard monthly bonuses paid each month.

Fabrication & Welding of mild steel platform chassis components to specified company standards, and operation of automated plasma/seam welder.

• Experience of fabrication and welding
• Experience of using jigs and assembly fixtures to manufacture high quality repetitive components
• Fully conversant with the MIG welding process
• TIG welding experience desirable but not essential

Day shift hours: 07:30 – 16:30 Monday – Thursday & Friday 07:30 – 13:30 (regular structured overtime).

Rotating day shift hours: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 Monday – Thursday & 06:00 – 11:30 / 11:30 – 17:00 Friday (shift bonus of 1.15 for both shifts).

Guaranteed basic starting salary: £16.13 x 40/37.5 hours per week plus guaranteed minimum £50 per week bonus – £36,150.00

Overtime rates:

• Level A – £24.20 per hour (x1.5)
• Level B – £32.26 per hour (x2.0)

Additional monthly bonus aligned to business performance: £280 – £350 per month on average. Annual bonus (for indication only) based on recent average £500 per annum.
